Consultation Services

Consultation requests submitted through the website are enquiries. No advance consultation fee is currently collected through the website, so there is no consultation payment to refund through the online enquiry form. Any separately agreed paid service will be subject to the terms communicated before payment.

Course Enrolment Fees

Course enquiries are handled through WhatsApp. Any applicable fee and refund terms will be communicated before payment.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment or pay an amount that does not match the intended enrolment, contact us promptly with your name, payment reference/UTR, date, and relevant details. Any refund will be reviewed and processed where appropriate.

Failed or Unverified Payments

If a payment is debited from your account but the enrolment cannot be verified, contact us with the transaction reference/UTR. We will review the payment status and guide you on the next steps.

How to Request a Refund

Send refund-related requests to Drchib@gmail.com or contact 9103475125 on WhatsApp. Include your name, email, course, payment date, amount, and transaction/UTR reference. Providing complete details helps us investigate the request.

Processing

Approved refunds, where applicable, will normally be returned through the original payment route or another mutually agreed method, subject to payment-provider processing times and applicable law.
